Our original scope envisioned an 8 <br />month timeframe to complete these updates with the Chapter 9 Committee and hold appropriate <br />review and adoption hearings. A number of events, most notably, the delayed adoption of the <br />Comprehensive Plan have caused the project schedule and approach to be readjusted to better <br />accommodate these unforeseen issues. <br /> <br />The result of accommodating these circumstances is that resources were allocated differently than <br />originally anticipated. At this time, we wish to request an amendment to the original contract in the <br />amount of $6960.00 in order to complete the tasks identified in our original work program. The <br />additional fees would include the following: <br /> <br />· 5 meetings with City Staff <br />. 5 meetings with Planning Commission <br />· 4 meetings with City Council <br />· Necessary revisions to the Draft Zoning and Subdivision Regulations <br />· All incidental expenses incurred <br /> <br />If the approach outlined herein is generally acceptable, a signature line is provided below that will <br />serve as an agreement with the City for the amended scope of services and associated fees. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />pj.(! <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Loren Gordon, AICP <br />Community Planner <br /> <br />R.
