• EXHIBIT A CITY OF RAMSEY COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 12 WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council') of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at the Ramsey City Hall, 7550 Sunwood Drive Northwest, in the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposed adoption of a Modification to the Development Program for Development District No. 1, and the proposed establishment of Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan therefor, within Development District No. 1, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 to 469.134, inclusive, as amended and Section 469.174 through 469.1799, inclusive, as amended. Copies of the Modification to the Development Program and the Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall. • The property proposed to be included in Tax Increment Financing District No. 12 is described in the Tax Increment Financing Plan on file in the office of the City Administrator.
