• NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council') of the City <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on January 9, 2007, at a meeting of the <br />Council beginning at approximately 7:00 p.m., at the City of Ramsey City Hall, 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, relating to the proposal of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, to establish a <br />Redevelopment Project Area in connection with the acquisition and betterment of a <br />project consisting of Ramsey Crossings and adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the <br />Redevelopment Project Area; all pursuant to and in conformity with applicable law, <br />including Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047. A copy of the relative <br />documentation proposed to be considered at the hearing will be on file and available for <br />public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at the City Hall at least 10 days <br />prior to the public hearing. <br />All interested persons may appear at the January 9, 2007, public hearing and <br />present their views orally or in writing. <br />9 <br />• <br />—101— <br />
