• CASE # <br />APPLICATION FOR ON -SALE AND SUNDAY INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE & <br />OPTIONAL 2:00 A.M. LICENSE; JACOBS TAVERN; CASE OF D&G TAVERN, INC. <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Anthony Bridges Damico, Michael Aaron Gellart, and Heather Dawn Damico, known as D & G <br />Tavern, d/b/a Jacobs Tavern, have properly applied for an on -sale, and Sunday intoxicating <br />liquor license and optional 2:00 a.m. license, at 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey. This <br />is the current site of Jacobs Tavern. This is not a request for a new business; it is the sale of a <br />current business. Enclosed is a copy of the application materials and public hearing notice. <br />Police Chief Way has completed the background investigation and found everything to be in <br />order.
