• NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Anthony B. Damico of D & G <br />Tavern, Inc., d/b/a Jacobs Tavern, for an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, at the property <br />generally known as 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />On -Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />433-9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 6, 2006. There is a TDD machine at <br />Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 763-427-8591. <br />• Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
