CASE # <br />• <br />CONSIDER ACCEPTING LETTER OF RESIGNATION FROM <br />ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BOARD MEMBER <br />Givonna Reed Kone, Human Resources Manager <br />Background <br />Mr. Ron Hustvedt, Environmental Policy Board (EPB) member, has submitted a letter of <br />resignation. An effective date is not given but the letter is dated December 4, 2006. <br />A vacancy on the EPB has already been advertised, therefore, the seat left vacant by Mr. <br />Hustvedt would be covered by the pending advertisement. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the following: <br />Accept the resignation of Mr. Ron Hustvedt, Environmental Policy Board member. <br />• CC: December 12, 2006 <br />• <br />—157— <br />
