Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: 0 <br />RESOLUTION 906 -12 -XXX <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED 2006 PAYABLE 2007, HRA TAX LEVY <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the following proposed levy for certified 2006, payable 2007, be levied upon the <br />taxable property in said City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for the <br />following purposes: <br />RECOMMENDED HRA LEVY $ 312,443 <br />TOTAL PROPOSED LEVIES $312,443 <br />2) That the City Administrator/Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Auditor's Office on or before Thursday, December 28, <br />2006. • <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 12th day of December, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />-222- <br />Mayor <br />• <br />
