CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 10/14/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Not Applicable <br />5. 14. <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #25-245 Approving Civil Legal Services Contract with Eckberg Lammers <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The City of Ramsey conducted a formal request for proposals (RFP) process from July 9 — August 1. Six firms <br />submitted proposals for consideration, with the City Council interview all firms. Concluding interviews, City <br />Council deliberated with final consensus given to staff to negotiate a new Civil Legal Services Contract with <br />Attorney Amanda Johnson of Eckberg Lammers beginning November 1, 2025. Attached to this case is the full <br />contract, along with the resolution to approve the contract. <br />Funding Source: <br />Civil Legal Services are budgeted within the City's annual budget adoption.
