NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves of vacating the following portions of drainage and utility easements, as depicted on the attached Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation Description Sketch: That part of the West 1.00 foot of the East 10.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, and the East 1.00 foot of the West 10.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 2, all in Riverstone South Fifth Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof Anoka County, Minnesota lying southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Said Lot 41 thence North 21 degrees 05 minutes 41 seconds East, assumed bearing, along the West line of said Lot 4, a distance of 106.12 feet to the point of beginning of said line to the described thence South 68 degrees 16 minutes 31 seconds East, 45.04 feet, thence South 70 degrees 29 minutes 01 second East, 45.05 feet and said line there terminating. Except the South 10.00 feet of said Lot 4 and said Lot 5, Block 2. AND The West 1.00 foot of the East 10.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 3, Riverstone South Fifth Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof Anoka County, Minnesota, Except the North 10.00 feet and the South 12.00 feet of Said Lot 4, Block 3. AND The East 1.00 foot of the West 10.00 feet of Lot 5, Block 3, Riverstone South Fifth Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, Except the North 10.00 feet and the South 12.00 feet of said Lot 5, Block 3. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of October, 2025.
