Fees: <br />The CUP includes an $1,000 fee ($200 non-refundable application <br />fee, $800 escrow). The escrow amount is for staff time, public <br />noticing, and any additional cost of the project. If there are funds <br />remaining in the escrow, they will be returned to you after all <br />necessary actions are completed. If there is a negative balance, the <br />City will request additional funds. <br />Other Documents: <br />If you have any building or architectural plans available for the <br />proposed billboard, those would be great to have to present to the <br />Planning Commission and City Council. <br />Meeting Schedule: <br />A public hearing with the Planning Commission and final action <br />by City Council are requirements of a CUP. If you were to submit <br />by next Thursday, August 25%h„ 2022 — you could be on the <br />September 22"d, 2022 Planning Commission agenda (they meet the <br />fourth Thursday of each month and that is also the deadline for <br />each subsequent meeting).
