I am thinking we should execute that <br />lease on the effective date of the ordinance. We will reach out to <br />MNDOT this week as well for the state permit as well, I can't <br />remember if we need the city permit prior or not, but we will check <br />on that. <br />Does anyone on this email chain know the next step for the city <br />permit? Is that something we need to wait to apply for on the <br />August date or can we submit that now? <br />Brian, any suggestions who we should reach out to as far as city <br />staff to get the permit process going? <br />13 <br />
