The Lessee will have the option to renew this Lease for one additional fifty year <br />term which will automatically renew unless notice is given to Lessor by Lessee two months before the expiration of the Lease <br />term. At the end of the final term of this Lease, if no notice is given, this lease will renew on a year to year basis from the <br />date of the signing of this Lease. <br />payment: Initial installation of this sign will be static on both faces, at some point in the future one or more faces may be converted to <br />digital. Once a digital is installed, the monthly minimums will be increase since a digital can typically produce more revenue. <br />Please note the below scenarios are intended to be one or the other, they are not meant to be combined or interpreted as <br />per face, this is a per structure payment.
