DESIGN‘TREE <br />engineering + land surveying <br />WORK CHANGE PROPOSAL REQUEST <br />Proposal Request No. 22 <br />Project: Ramsey Water Treatment Plant <br />Project Location: Ramsey, MN <br />Date: 09/10/2025 <br />This is a notice of contemplated change for which a quotation is requested. Please attach an itemized <br />quotation for the changes to the Contract Sum as described below. The price submitted for the <br />contemplated change shall show breakdown of equipment, material and labor and shall include mark-up <br />and tax where applicable. The price submitted is to be full and final and shall include original subtrade and <br />supplier quotations and supporting calculations and include all direct, indirect and related impact costs. <br />The submission shall include any adjustments in Contract Time. <br />THIS IS NOT A CHANGE ORDER, A CONSTRUCTION CHANGE DIRECTIVE OR A DIRECTION TO PROCEED WITH <br />THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS. <br />_ <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED WORK CHANGES: <br />Item No 01: The valve actuators provided are 120V in lieu of the designed 480V. Please make the following <br />revisions to provide 120V power for the actuators. <br />a) Filters: <br />1) Provide a 42ckt, 100A, 20Y/120V, 3P panel with 100A main breaker in pipe gallery. <br />2) Provide 45A/3P breaker at HP-C to feed a transformer in pipe gallery. <br />3) Provide 3#6,1 #10G in existing 0.75"C between HP-C to pipe gallery. <br />4) Provide 30kVA 480V 1 208Y/120V transformer in the pipe gallery. Wall mount transformer <br />above the panelboard. <br />5) For each filter, provide: <br />(i) 20A/1 P breaker to feed valves ABW, EFF and INF on a shared circuit. <br />(ii) 35A/1 P for BWW valve. <br />(iii) 35A/1 P for BWS valve. <br />6) Supply conduit and wire between panelboard, transformer, and as needed to valve <br />junction box assemblies. <br />7) Increase wire size to #10AWG for the BWW and BWS valve. <br />a) Plate settler room: <br />1) Run a circuit from spare 20A/1 P breaker in LP -A (electrical room) for each plate settler <br />The valves PS and SLP at each plate settler to be on a shared circuit.
