For businesses that were in compliance or progressively moved toward <br />compliance, the licensing process will remain the same, with the 2007 applications <br />simply being placed on the City Council consent agenda. However, regarding the <br />businesses that failed to comply with current regulations or to show any real progress <br />toward compliance, Staff will be bringing forward a case to the City Council at the <br />December 12,2006 meeting to discuss potential 2007 licensing options.
