City Administrator Hagen shared that they have seen a lot of fraud cases tied back to ATMs in <br />town, having to do with cryptocurrency. He shared that investigators have done a lot of research <br />into this and would like to inform the Council on the situation and present them with the options <br />available. <br />4.
