in advance thereof or thereafter in the opinion of the City and Contractor so that the Bi- <br />Weekly schedule can be completed regardless of a holiday. <br />C. The Contractor shall provide the following equipment and labor biannually for <br />recycling events: <br />1. Roll -off boxes or equivalent as mutually agreed upon by the City and Contractor <br />for the drop off of scrap metal and Recyclable Materials by City residents. <br />2. All required labor for loading and removal of materials collected <br />3. Trucking services for the delivery and removal of the roll -off boxes <br />4. If the City and the Contractor determine the need to hold recycling event(s) <br />at the Contractor's location, the City will provide reasonable notice for Contractor <br />to prepare their location. <br />D. The Contractor will provide every Residential Property with a Recycling Cart. Single <br />family homes will receive a ninety-five (95) gallon size Recycling Cart and townhomes <br />will receive a sixty-five (65) gallon size Recycling Cart. After ninety (90) days, <br />residents may exchange their delivered Recycling Cart with a smaller or larger <br />Recycling Cart based on their needs. Recycling Cart exchanges for size are limited to <br />once per year per resident. <br />1. The Contractor shall provide a second Recycling Cart to a Residential Property <br />upon request at no cost as long as the Residential Property already has the largest <br />available Recycling Cart size. <br />2. If a Residential Property requests a second Recycling Cart and the Residential <br />Property is not conducting a business from their home, but the Residential Property <br />is requesting the second Recycling Cart to be collected at a different collection point <br />from their first Recycling Cart (essentially, a second stop), the Residential Property <br />will be charged an additional per unit fee by the Contractor directly to the <br />Residential Property. <br />3. A Residential Property requesting to have their Recycling Cart cleaned or <br />exchanged due to regular use will pay a Container Exchange fee directly to the <br />Contractor of $35.00 per Recycling Cart. <br />E. The Contractor will provide an Organics Cart to each Residential Property that signs up for <br />Curbside Organics recycling. Each Residential Property shall be directed to follow Section <br />5 of this Contract regarding how to prepare Organics for Curbside Collection. <br />F. The Contractor will support Recycling Program promotion as follows: <br />1. Contractor will provide the ReCollect App Recycle Wizard and Schedule Reminder <br />tools to all Residential Properties via the City's website and the Contractor's <br />web site. <br />2. All Recycling Carts delivered for recycling will have a printed education flyer <br />attached to the lid outlining the details of the Recycling Program. <br />3. The Contractor will meet with the City at least once every quarter, or as deemed <br />appropriate, to discuss and consider outreach and educational information and <br />
