The CMAR will be expected to <br />provide preconstruction services that include cost estimating, constructability <br />reviews, schedule validation, and value engineering recommendations to ensure <br />delivery within this budget and on schedule. <br />Primary Project Scope Includes: <br />• Earthwork and grading <br />• Underground utilities - sanitary sewer & water main (installed fall 2025) <br />• Underground drain tile and storm sewer for site drainage <br />• 900 sf park support building <br />• (3) 384 sf shade pavilions <br />• 17,000 sf of decorative concrete paving <br />• Metal guard rails <br />• 10-15 permanent fabric shade umbrellas <br />• 145 tons of natural stone <br />• Irrigation and irrigation pump station with pond intake <br />• 3,000 sf of synthetic turf <br />• 150 if of aluminum fencing <br />• Landscape plantings <br />7 <br />
