The project must be complete and open to the public by June 30, 2026 § 1.1.6 The Owner's anticipated Sustainable Objective for the Project: (Identify and describe the Owner's Sustainable Objective for the Project, if any) § 1.1.6.1 If the Owner identifies a Sustainable Objective, the Owner and Construction Manager shall complete and incorporate AIA Document E234Tm-2019, Sustainable Projects Exhibit, Construction Manager as Constructor Edition, into this Agreement to define the terms, conditions and services related to the Owner's Sustainable Objective.
