Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-261 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT FOR CEDARVIEW ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, The City of Ramsey approved a minor plat application from Mr. Thomas <br />Dehn of 5 Star Property Ventures, LLC, (the "Applicant") on the property now legally described <br />as follows: <br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Cedarview Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the "Subject Property"). <br />WHEREAS, the minor plat was accompanied by an approved development agreement <br />subsequently signed by the Applicant and the City and recorded as Document Number <br />2428902.004 with the Anoka County Recorder's office; and <br />WHEREAS, the development agreement stated that the completion date of the Stage I <br />Improvements will be one year from the date of recording, which will be December 17, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, some of the work has commenced, though not all of it will be completed by <br />December 17, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, it is reasonable that the remaining work is completed in the spring and summer <br />of 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this request at a meeting prior to the stated <br />completion date. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the City of <br />Ramsey approves extending the completion date for Stage I Improvements to December 17, 2026, <br />and that the Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to sign the amendment to the <br />development agreement (First Amendment), pending review by the City Attorney. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />
