2. 3. <br />CC Work Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: <br />11/10/2025 <br />Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Review of Amending City Fund Ordinance <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Section 7.9 of the City Charter states that a Council shall, by resolution or ordinance, create and abolish funds <br />and shall define which funds are eligible for interfund loans as it may deem necessary and appropriate. <br />The City Funds section of the city code was last amended in May 2016 by Ordinance #16-05 when the code was <br />being updated through Municode.
