Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 5:01 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Cook. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Recognition and Appreciation to Councilmember Al Pearson <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recognized Councilmember Al Pearson for his dedicated service to the City of <br />Ramsey from January 1, 1987 to December 31, 1990 and from January 1,2003 to December 31, <br />2006. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson stated it has been a pleasure and an honor to have been chosen by the <br />people. In the 1960's, President Kennedy said: Ask not what your country can do for you, but <br />what you can do for your country.
