3. 1. <br />CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: <br />11/25/2025 <br />Primary Strategic Plan Initiative: Enhance City's communication through transparency and accountability. <br />Title: <br />Swearing in and Badge Pinning Ceremony for Sergeant Aaron Pipenhagen <br />Purpose/Background: <br />Sergeant Aaron Pipenhagen began his law enforcement career with the Ramsey Police Department in May 2017 <br />when he was hired as a Community Service Officer. In January 2019, he was hired as a Police Officer. At the <br />October 14, 2025, City Council meeting, Sergeant Pipehagen's promotion was approved. <br />Chief Bluml will introduce Sergeant Pipenhagen and provide a brief background.
