NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the annual allocation of 2026 budgeted <br />Parking Ramp Maintenance Costs as follows: <br /> <br /> Transit Parcel Budget Allocation: $104,657 <br /> City Hall Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 42,760 <br /> Unallocated Stalls (City Portion): $ 7,476 <br /> Residence at the COR Apartments, LLC Parcel Budget Allocation: $ 82,231 <br /> <br /> With payment due to the City by February 28, 2026. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peters, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Heineman <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Peters <br /> Councilmember Buscher <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> Councilmember Stewart <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />th <br />the 25 day of November, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Resolution #25-276 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
