Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption. RESOLUTION #06-07-206 RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PAIN ON-CALL FIRE FIGHTERS WHEREAS, several paid on-call fire fighters began working for the City july 20, 2005 and August 10, 2005 and were subject to a one-year probationary period; and WHEREAS, the new fire fighters will' have completed the required one-year probationary period and the necessary training on July 20, 2006 and August 11, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council, at its July 11, 2006 meeting agreed with staffs recommendation to end the probationary periods and grant status as paid on-call fire fighters to the following individuals on the following dates: Douglas Olejnicak John Atchison Robert Moser Kirk Hughes Christopher Hanson July 20, 2006 July 20,2006 July 20, 2006 July 20, 2006 August 10, 2006 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That, pending satisfactory completion of the probationary periods, the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the probationary period and grant status as paid on-call fire fighters to the following individuals on the following dates: Douglas Olejnicak John Atchison Robert Moser Kirk Hughes Christopher Hanson July 20, 2006 July 20, 2006 July 20,,2006 July 20, 2006 August 10,2006 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Pearson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.
