CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE <br />I, JEFFREY R. LEWIS, Manager of the Petroleum and Closed Landfill Section, Remediation <br />Division, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and Delegate of the Commissioner of the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency ("Commissioner"), pursuant to the authority vested in me <br />by law, do, hereby, on behalf of the State of Minnesota and the Commissioner, accept the interest <br />in real property described in the Access Road Easement to which this Certificate of Acceptance <br />is attached, having determined that acceptance is reasonably necessary for environmental <br />response actions at or related to the following qualified facility: Anoka/Ramsey Landfill and is <br />in the best interest of the State of Minnesota under the provisions of Minn. Stat, § 115B.412, <br />subd. 3 (incorporating the provisions of Minn. Stat. j 1 15B.17, subd. 15), of the Minnesota <br />Landfill Cleanup Program, Minn.
