Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-290 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2026 CITY OF RAMSEY ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUND BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 <br />is hereby adopted for the Economic Development Authority Fund as follows: <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Taxes (EDA Levy) <br />Interest Earnings <br />Total Revenues <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />Personal Services <br />Supplies <br />Services and Charges <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures <br />$ 86,367 <br />$ 4.800 <br />$91.167 <br />$ 1,080 <br />$ 44,000 <br />$ 46,087 <br />$ 91.167 <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of December, 2025. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />
