Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #25-271 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR <br />"COR SIX" <br />WHEREAS, CorTrust Bank, applied for Final Plat (minor plat) approval of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br />Outlot B, COR FIVE, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />(the `Subject Property'); and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Final Plat (minor plat) subdivides one existing outlot into one <br />lot and one outlot; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat of COR SIX on December 9, 2025. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City <br />Council hereby approves the Final Plat for "COR SIX," contingent upon: <br />a. Approval by the City Attorney as to legal form. <br />b. Recording a cross -access and maintenance easement agreement. <br />c. Entering into a development agreement. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 9th day of December, 2025. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
