CASE # <br />AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WITH ROBERT MUIR COMPANY (RCM-MINNESOTA CORPORATION) <br />FOR RAMSEY CROSSINGS <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />The City of Ramsey entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement with Robert Muir <br />Company, RCM-Minnesota Corporation, in July 2006. The exclusive negotiating agreement <br />authorized staff and consultants to work out a full development agreement with the Robert Muir <br />Company for development of Ramsey Crossings. Negotiations have been completed and the <br />agreement is now ready for Council consideration (attached). <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to authorize execution of Development Agreement with the Robert Muir Company <br />(RCM-Minnesota Corporation). <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />CC: 12/28/06 <br />-125- <br />
