21.2 Severabilitv. If any part of this Agreement shall be held invalid it <br />shall not affect the validity of the remainin Harts of this Agreement provided that such <br />><nvalidity does not materially preiudice either party under the remaining carts of this <br />Agreement <br />21.3 Data Pra tices Act This Agreement and the information related to it <br />are subiect to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. which presumes that data <br />City collects is public data unless classified otherwise by law <br />21.4 Successors and Recording Each~arties rights and obligations under <br />this Agreement are binding on the parties legal representatives assigns corporate <br />successors and successors in title to the Development Proaerty Citv and Developer <br />must record this Agreement or a memorandum summary of this Agreement with the <br />Anoka County Recorder and/or Registrar of Titles as appropriate prior to or <br />contemporaneously with the recor ing of the Final Plat The Parties must execute any <br />and all documents necessa to implement the recording <br />21.5 Relationship of Parties Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be <br />deemed to create a partnership association or ioint venture between Citv and <br />Developer. . <br />21.6 Notice.
