g. Installation of landscaping materials in accordance with the Landscape Plan prepared by <br />Insites dated November 1, 2006 <br />h. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site.;The exact location of these items on <br />the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br />LIGHTING. Lighting shall be installed on the site.in accordance with City Code, and in <br />accordance with the approved Lighting Plan, dated November 1, 2006. <br />BUILDING FACADE. The Permittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material and general design as indicated on the Building"Elevations dated November 1, 2006. <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING. PERMIT. No building permit for the Site will be <br />issued until the Permittee has: a) signed and returned this Development Permit; b) the City has <br />received the required financial surety, inspection fees,." and other'development fees; and c) Plat <br />for Holiday Rivenwick Village has been'released by the City_ for recording. <br />No Certificate of Occupancy'for the structure will be issued until the Required Improvements, <br />or a financial surety for same, are accepted by the City. <br />IMPROVEMENT .CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE. The Required Improvements shall be <br />completed"before January 1, 2008': <br />RECOGNITION QF LOCATION. The Permittee herein agrees to recognize Ramsey as the <br />City of location on all forms of advertising and business correspondence whenever reasonably <br />prudent to do so. <br />FINANCIAL SURETY. In order to ensure the installation of the Required Improvements in <br />accordance with City specifications and in a timely manner, the Permittee shall be required to <br />deposit with "tHe City; a cash. escrow or letter of credit, approved as to form by the City, in the <br />amount of ~~~:X:~'~ZXXX, which is 125% of the City's estimated cost of the Improvements. <br />Prior to the issuance of the building permit, all financial guarantees must be provided as <br />required herein. <br />Upon completion of the construction of the Required Improvements, the fmancial guarantee <br />shall be returned to the Permittee and the Permittee shall be required to provide the landscaping <br />maintenance guarantee described in Item #12 of this Development Permit.
