Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-12- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK OFFICE CONDOS WHEREAS, on December 28, 2006, Saint Andrews Investment Group, LLC, herein after referred to as "Applicant", properly applied for Final Plat for a major subdivision to develop Northfork Office Condos in accordance with the preliminary plat on the property legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, and Outlot B, West Ramsey Industrial Park -AND- Outlot A, Ramsey Commercial Park 2"a Addition -AND- Outlot A, West Ramsey Industrial Park -or upon recording- Lots 1-4, and Outlot A, Northfork Office Condos (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code on September 7, 2006; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat application, a public hearing was held in accordance with State Statute and said hearing was properly advertised on October 5, 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the preliminary plat application on October 24, 2006, and approved it, with the following contingencies: revising the sizing assumptions for the community septic system that utilize the proposed sizing suggestions stated in the City Staff Review Letter; providing information about the exact location of the community septic system, alternate site, and community well with Lot 2, Block 1, to ensure the undisturbed nature of the soil; and providing information, in a written format, regarding the responsible parry for management and maintenance of the community septic system and well; and WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on December 28, 2006. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Office Condos in accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon the following items: 1) Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated December 21, 2006 -289-
