ORDINANCE #06-12- <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE <br />CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION L AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from E-1 Employment to PUD <br />Planned Unit Development. <br />Lot 2, Block 1, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br />-AND- <br />Outlot A, West Ramsey Industrial Park <br />-or upon recording- <br />Lots 1-15, Block 1, Northfork Office Condos <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City <br />Charter Section 5.04. <br />-312- <br />
