CASE # <br />OPTION PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIP <br />By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br />Background: <br />The City Administrator was approached by Jim Deal of P.S.D., LLC, recently with the request to <br />become the developer for the option properties in the Ramsey Town Center. The option <br />properties are the two sites that can be used for a cinema project and a community center/fitness <br />center. Mr. Deal prepared an agreement for the City to consider and requested that it be <br />forwarded for Council consideration. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to authorize execution of agreement with P.S.D. for development of option properties in <br />Ramsey Town Center. <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Administrator <br />CC: 12/28/06 <br />
