<br />Councilmember Peters introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #25-291 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2026 CITY OF RAMSEY ENTERPRISE FUNDS <br />OPERATING BUDGETS <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 <br />is hereby adopted for the Water Utility Fund as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />WATER UTILITY FUND <br /> Revenues: <br /> Operating Revenues $3,582,354 <br /> Other Revenues- <br /> Miscellaneous Revenues 360,000 <br /> Interest Earnings 150,000 <br /> Total Revenues $4,092,354 <br /> <br /> Expenses: <br /> Operating Expenses $2,181,311 <br /> Other Expenses <br /> Depreciation 1,845,900 <br /> Administrative Transfer 63,000 <br /> Total Expenses $4,090,211 <br /> <br /> <br />2) That the annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 <br />is hereby adopted for the Sewer Utility Fund as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />SEWER UTILITY FUND <br /> Revenues: <br /> Operating Revenues $2,676,264 <br /> Other Revenues- <br /> Miscellaneous Revenues 200,000 <br /> Interest Earnings 50,000 <br /> Total Revenues $2,926,264 <br /> <br /> Expenses: <br /> Operating Expenses $2,041,338 <br /> Other Expenses <br /> Depreciation 817,500 <br /> Administrative Transfer 57,000 <br /> Total Expenses $2,915,838 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
