The rinks are almost ready to open! <br />The ice rinks and the warming house at Central Park <br />will open on Friday, December 19, at 3:30 p.m., weather <br />permitting. <br />This year, the pleasure rink in the COR (across from <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7550 Sunwood Drive <br />NW in the open field to <br />the north) will also be <br />available. We will have <br />a picnic table set up for <br />you to use while putting <br />on your skates. Please be <br />aware that this rink is not <br />lit and is unsupervised, so <br />it is best to use it during <br />daylight hours. <br />The warming house <br />schedule will be posted on the building. Additionally, you <br />can find more information about the ice rinks and warming <br />house at www.cityoframsey.com/673. <br />If you decide to skate before the official opening, you will <br />be doing so at your own risk. Hours <br />are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please use the <br />elevator in the lobby or call from the lobby courtesy phone <br />for assistance. <br />Toys for Joy is a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization <br />that assists Anoka County families in providing gifts and <br />meals for their children <br />during the holidays. New Firefighters will attend an Anoka County <br />Fire Academy along with training done by the Ramsey Fire <br />Department.
