Voters registering on Election Day must <br />provide proof of residence. Note: There are no such campuses <br />in Anoka County. <br />• Voters may also register the day of the election if a <br />registered voter in the precinct vouches as a witness <br />for you. An oath/voucher card must be signed by <br />the person vouching for the voter and by an election <br />judge. <br /> Registered voters who move within the same precinct <br />can simply complete a new voter registration card.
