No accessory structures are allowed as part of the gas operations. <br />4) No more than 5% of the square footage dfthe principal use building may be <br />dedicated for the gas operations and conven,ience item sales. <br />5) No franchise food operations can be contained in the area designated within the <br />principal building for gas operation,and convenience item sales <br />6) Gas operations located in the sid~ or rear'ofthe principal use building <br />7) Gas operations are located within 100 feat ofprmcipal use building <br />8) Gas islands and canopy are architecturally harmonious and contain the same <br />exterior building materials as the principal Use building. <br />9) Gas operations shall constitute no more than four islands with a limit of eight <br />individual dispensers. <br />10) Gas operations that are located in the City's wellhead protection area must <br />meet the following standards: <br />a) Double walled storage tanks with corrosion protection. <br /> <br />109 <br /> <br /> <br />
