The parkinlg standards are intended to provide a <br />practical basis for providing adequate par~g witPinthe Town Center District through a <br />careful analysis of uses, shared parking arrangements, use of public street parking and <br />reduction allowances for the proximity to the tr~sitstation. A Parking Plan shall be <br />prepared as part of the Development Plan to l:iddressthe number, location, sharing <br />arrangements, and public use when appne~ble. The Parking Plan shall also attempt to <br />anticipate to the extent possible, how to~ddress lpnger term parking arrangements if the <br />possibility of use conversion or building, expansIon exists.
