City staff. shall review the <br />development with all relevant ordinances and <br />ensure compatibility with the Town Center Master <br />Plan and Development Guidelines. <br /> <br />11. A Preliminary Plat and Site Plc:m shall be prepared <br />in accordance with the regulatlons of this Chapter <br />and shall submit the pl~to the Zoninjg <br />Administrator 30 days prior to tpe public hearing. <br /> <br />iii.
