Major Changes. Increase in density; <br /> <br />bb. Change in architectural design or style; <br /> <br />cc. Change in type of ownership, private~ <br />condominium, or rental; <br /> <br />dd. Change of more than 10% in total floor area; <br /> <br />ee. Increase in height of any ibuilding; <br /> <br />ff. Major modification in the landscape plan; <br /> <br />gg. Reduction in the propos~d open space; <br />hh. Change in the developm~ntschedule; <br /> <br /> <br />ii. Change in the road IQ(~ation 'or stand$'ds; <br />and <br /> <br />jj.
