Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:07 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by .aBoy Scout of Troop 262, who was present for his <br />Citizenship in Conununity Merit Badge. <br /> <br />Elk River High School Students introduced themselves and stated they were present for <br />Government Class. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec annowlced he received letters . from Boy Scouts Samuel Rottstien and Ben <br />Severson thanking the City for the assistan~e they received at the City Council meeting they <br />attended. One of the boys has concerns that he (Mayor) will be bringing up at a worksession. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Dale McKusick, 6801 - 15ih Lane NW,stated tfie county road ditch was redone in his back <br />yard, and they have put coffer dams in to raise the waterlevel back up.
