That the Applicant applied for a third interim use pennit for outdoor storage on ,an <br />unimproved surface on a residentially zoned parcel in 20015; that request w-as denied. <br /> <br />13. That the proposed use wilVwill not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />14. That the proposed use will/will not be dangerous or 4etrimental tp personsresiding,or <br />working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />15. That the proposed use will/will not substantially or adversely impairithe use, enjoyment or <br />market value of surrounding properties. <br /> <br />16. That the proposed use wi11Jwill not be operated and maintained so as! to be harIJlonious fwd <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity ~d <br />such use will/will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />17.
