Both are very attractive, wooded
parcels and connected to existing trail corridors. This project may entail the donation of the land in exchange for passive improvements such as
trails, icnic areas or a fishing ier.

Justification

The associations would benefit by realizing these amenities near their homes. The $20,000 expense represents an estimate for real-estate
transaction costs, and perha spark lanning to romote the donation.
