The plant is projected I <br />to be required by 2009. Site acquisition should be started so that the site is available when design of the plant is authorized. <br /> <br />Justification .1 <br /> <br />The treatment plant will provide more aesthetically pleasing water, eliminate staining, reduce fouling of water softness and improve the taste and I <br />odor of the water.
