Phase 1 wil1 include the extension from Jaspar Street where 167th Avenue currently terminates as a roadway conforming to state aid <br />standards for a coJlector street to Marble Street. This segment wil1 provide access to the newly developing Brookfield Addition. Subsequent <br />phases will include the segment from Marble Street to Variolite Street and from Variolite Street to Armstrong Boulevard. <br /> <br />Justification I <br /> <br />This roadway represents and east-west coJlector street through the center of the City.
