The 2006 Salt stora e buildin can be relocated to the site. <br /> <br />Justification I <br /> <br />The City population is projected to continue to grow. Staffhas polled other municipalities that are currently the size of Ramsey's projected <br />growth. This proposed area is the median size for a public works campus. The present campus is land locked and cannot be expanded to meet this <br />median size.
