In addition, athletic fields may be suited south of Alpine Drive, east of Puma Street. <br /> <br />Justification I <br /> <br />Total Project Cost $1,200,000 <br /> <br />It is projected within this document that by 2008, properties south of Alpine Drive, both east and west of Puma Street may be proposed for <br />development.
