<br />~ ,{. <br /> <br />REC'O DEe 1 9 2006 <br /> <br />111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 <br />Record 10 1751584 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />1989389.007 <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-08-266 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN-HOME FAMILY-RUN WHOLESALE BAKERY ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5560 144TH AVENUE NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0775 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #06-08-265 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0775 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On August 22, 2006 a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Scott Johnson and Nhu Tran ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a <br />family-run wholesale bakery in the basement of the dwelling on the property generally known as <br />5560 144th Avenue NW and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 18, Block 4, The Ponds of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a family-run <br />wholesale bakery in the basement of the dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. Should the Permit Holder die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />3. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total floor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities shall be the responsibility of the <br />Permit Holder. <br /> <br />5. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br />
