Observations: <br />The public open house was held on November 13, 2025 in the Alexander Ramsey Room, at the Municipal Center. <br />Comments received included verifying turn radius are large enough at the tee intersections. Additionally, <br />residents commented on a culvert under Tonto Street south of 179th Avenue which staff had not been able to <br />locate. The resident located the culvert in the field for staff, and the culvert replacement was added to the plans. <br />Alternatives: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #26-010 approving plans and specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for <br />Section 01 Unplatted Street Reconstructions, Improvement Project #26-07. <br />Funding Source: <br />Funding for this improvement is proposed to come from Pavement Management Funds and Storm Water Utility <br />Funds. <br />Pavement Management Funds $1,385,349 <br />Storm Water Utility Funds $155,120 <br />Total Project Estimate $1,540,469 <br />*Soil Corrections $197,137 <br />The CIP level estimate had a total estimated project cost of $1,013,472, which includes street costs of $881,280 <br />and storm sewer costs of $132,192. The largest difference in cost is due to the unforeseen $197,137 due to soil <br />corrections.
