The male grabbed the product and asked <br />for his card. stated he asked to clarify if the male was asking for his driver's license, and <br />the male said, yes, that too. stated he gave the male his driver's license, the male looked at it, <br />and then sold the product to <br />I went into the store and spoke with the male. I identified him via MN driver's license as David Williams. I <br />advised David of the tobacco violation. David told me that he had done the math and said his driver's <br />license stated 2006. I explained to David that only made him 19 years old. David printed me a copy of the <br />transaction receipt and I gave him back the change. I then retook custody of the $20 bill had <br />used to purchase the Copenhagen.
